Wes Walcott
In addition to being a science and technology enthusiast, I consider myself to be somewhat of a pop culture fanatic with an appetite for all genres.
For the past three years I have worked as Senior Sales Supervisor at the video retail store Microplay. During my time there, I've spent hundreds of hours conversing with customers and employees, sharing opinions, and getting feedback on all the latest video game movie, and entertainment news. I feel that, through sales records and interaction, my position enables me to discern both what is popular and what is generally disliked by a number of specific audiences when it comes to entertainment and related areas.
In 2009, I graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Marketing Management and, later, received my Technical Writing Certification from Clemson University in South Carolina. I am very new to Suite101, but in the past I have written reader reviews on Gamespot.com and posted comments on Kotaku.com.
